We are currently looking for a Head of Treasury to join our team!
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Set up treasury in a new office in Kazakhstan covering payments to/from Russia for the transportation service provided.
- Be the partner to group businesses proactively understand their needs and deliver the promises.
- Lead relationship-building with financial institutions to support financing needs and other treasury operations.
- Raise lease financing for a transportation fleet to be registered in Kazakhstan.
- Ensure agreements and successful negotiations for long-term financing transactions.
- Monitor compliance with obligations, and prepare reports for financial partners.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of Treasury and whole group projects.
- Ensure group banking infrastructure on an international level- maintain and develop long-term relationships with financial partners.
- Plan and monitor group companies' cash flow.
- Participate in credit limits provision for clients' process.
- Control of intragroup companies' loans and debts.
- Cover other regions Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Caucasus countries.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience providing successful experience in related job positions.
- Excellent knowledge of financing products (loans, leasing, overdraft/revolving credit facility, supply chain financing, bank guarantee, L/C, etc.).
- Knowledge of legal requirements for the execution of financing transactions.
- Excellent analytical thinking, responsibility and diligence.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build constructive relationships with the leadership team and external partners.
- Perfect communication skills in English and Russian.
- Knowledge of Chinese banking system is a plus.
