Is that you?

• 4+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role
• Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, traceability)
• Experience with visualization tools, diagrams, and wireframes
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; impeccable business ethics
• Stakeholder analysis experience; practical knowledge of different types of management (requirements, processes, risk)
• Ability to recognize problems and convert those into opportunities on the fly

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the fintech domain (experience with payment systems)
• Knowledge of the Client-Server architecture
• High-level knowledge of API structure
• Experience with Azure DevOps
• Basic knowledge of Angular
• Reverse engineering experience

Key responsibilities and your contribution

For this role, we need a person capable of making balanced and efficient decisions on both operational and business levels. Clear communication skills and excellent organizational abilities are necessary, as you’ll also have tasks that are part of the scope of a Scrum Master’s responsibilities.

• Serve as the primary point of communication for product stakeholders in terms of needs and product functionality
• Work closely with both development and product teams
• Collect, analyze, and document software requirements
• Use backlog management to document, track, and prioritize work required for the product
• Design roadmap and schedule for product development
• Act as a proxy product owner, representing stakeholders to the team; clarify and present stakeholders’ requirements to the team
• Manage stakeholder-requested changes in coordination with the product manager and engineers
• Facilitate the resolution of various issues within the team
