We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our team and lead the company's technology strategy and operations. This job may require relocation to Dubai - flexible location is negotiable.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement the company's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead and manage both in-house and remote technology teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services
• Oversee the development and implementation of software and systems, ensuring they align with the company's goals and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to identify and evaluate new technology initiatives and opportunities
• Ensure the company's technology infrastructure is secure, scalable, and reliable
• Stay abreast of new and emerging technologies and their potential impact on the company
• Mentor and support technology team members, helping them to grow professionally and reach their full potential
• Lead the development of mobile applications for iOS (using Swift) and Android (using Kotlin)

Requirements

Requirements include:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
• Proven experience in leading the development and implementation of large-scale software and systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Expertise in iOS development using Swift and Android development using Kotlin
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Next.js, and Node.js
