The Position: Project Coordinator

This is a full-time position, working at the office in Astana, Kazakhstan. No remote work for this position. You will be working full time for the Ryte team under the supervision of the Ryte team lead.


The Role:

As a Project Coordinator, you will join an international team of data and AI experts, Graphic Designers, Web developers, SEO experts and will participate in building a great client experience for our future customers. You will ensure that you create Scope, Schedules, Work plan, risk management plan, and deliverables that will align with our client requirements and address the needs and interest of all stakeholders. You will co-ordinate with other team members Including Web developers and graphic designers. Your commitment to team collaboration, perfect communication, and quality Is crucial.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and business feasibility.
  • Develop and communicate a detailed project plan and monitor status and track progress.
  • Plan and coordinate the activities and facilitate the meetings related to product release schedules, version change, capacity estimation, and project risk assessment.
  • Organize the phased implementation of projects into the Data Analytics Life Cycle (DALC) from initiation to closeout.
  • Document the Statement of Work (SOW) that details the activities, deliverables, and timetable for each project.
  • Support the proper definition, prioritization, and refinement of the requested new features according to specified acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare and present reports to executives, PMO IT Director and DA development teams the status of project progress, problems, and solutions.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Develop contingency plans with the PMO officers and DA development teams when obstacles to meeting product release objectives arise. Documentation includes presentations, executive summaries, spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps.
  • Act as the key point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders including clients and senior management.
  • Participate and engage in team problem solving events related to solving product release and project issues, including root cause analysis and formulation of solutions and controls.
  • Facilitate project retrospective meetings after every product release to discuss lessons learned adapt improvements in release and project management practices.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or IT
  • 3-5 years of IT work experience, at least 1 year in agile project coordination role
  • Understanding of data analytics development life cycle
  • Experience working on a multiple number of projects of varying complexity in a sophisticated matrix management organization
  • Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using any Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello, Smartsheet, Kanbanize, Asana, ClickUp, etc.
  • agile certification (PMI-ACP, PSM 1, CSM, CSPO, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist) preferred
  • Experience in using Microsoft products (Office, SharePoint, Forms, Project, Planner, Azure)
  • Solid organizational skills including multi-taski
