Job Requirements
- Manage clients’ accounts to have a big impact in to scaling their business and increasing advertising budgets
- Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, support with the implementation of solutions that prevent future problems
- Provide regular proactive communication between clients and sales teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
- Onboard new strategic business clients from the introduction of features to assist with campaign creation and optimization
Candidate Requirements
- Expertise with online advertising, media planning, analytics and social media with Facebook and Google advertising
- Proficiency in Account Management: creating, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
- Structured and analytical mindset
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication, time management and organization skills
- Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English
