Responsibilities

• Business travel arrangements for Colleagues and Executive Directors including their families travel: tickets, hotels and any other travel services booking
• Control of Executive Directors’ business trips at all stages
• Travel expenses reporting
• Search of new travel services providers and contracting them
• Dealing with Executive Directors non-travel requests and orders

Requirements

• A minimum A'Level standard of education
• Excellent communication skills, be meticulous in your work and eager to learn
• Personal Assistant/Concierge experience
• Trips arrangement experience
• Be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• English is required, any other language would be an advantage
