Outdoor Sales Specialists

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture customer relationships, ensuring the collection of at least 20 new customer details and relationship development monthly.
• Achieve sales targets, including securing at least one B2B order per month.
• Coordinate business activities and key customer relationships with the China team, while handling tasks from superiors, such as customer visits, calls, collections, and ongoing customer support.
• Gather market insights, product information, exhibition details, and customer data.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, oversee warehouse operations, and assist in talent recruitment.

Requirements:

• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Well-versed in the B2B sales process with the ability to independently develop and sustain customer relationships.
• Minimum of three years of sales experience, ideally in industries such as tires, wallpaper, hardware, building materials, or small household appliances.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, with no specific major requirement.
• Strong communication, excellent sales skills, and high professional integrity.
