Role Description
The Tool Pusher will oversee drilling operations, manage drilling crews, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in drilling operations and equipment maintenance
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage teams effectively.
