As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and engagement through various social media channels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive user engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content for posting on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze user engagement data, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Respond to social media comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the content creation team to develop visually appealing and informative posts, ensuring brand consistency.
• Generate and present monthly reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends, and provide recommendations for implementation.
• Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
• Engage with influencers and brand advocates to leverage their reach and drive brand awareness.
• Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand reputation.

• Currently enrolled as a student or freshly graduated in a related field (Marketing, Communications, or similar).
• Strong understanding and knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English US language.
• Experience in creating and curating content for social media platforms preferred.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
• A creative thinker with a strong ability to generate captivating content.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
