Job Description: Channel Business Development Executive


Company Overview:
Techtronics MEA is a leading supplier of computer hardware in the Middle East & Africa region, expanding our business to the CIS region. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Channel Business Development Executive/Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing initiatives, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the commercial success of our products.
Position: Channel Business Development Executive/Manager (M7/M6)
Reporting To: Country Director and BU HeadLocation: Kazakhstan & Other CIS Countries

Budgeted CTC: $12,000 to $18,000 per annum

Grade: Executive/SR Executive/Asst Mgr

Number of Openings: 04

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales strategy and ensure its commercial success.
  • Acquire and maintain sales channels and teams from B2C segments.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with channel partners.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets set forth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to execute promotional activities effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in channel sales with IT hardware reseller/distribution companies or telecom companies (selling Computers, Printers, Laptops, etc.).
  • Age group 25~35 years.
  • Honest, dedicated, hardworking, disciplined, fluent in English
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Russian are mandatory. Knowledge of French, Hindi, or Arabic is advantageous.
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
