In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards for various operational directions within our company, facilitating a smooth transition to more valid, consistent, and organized data across our internal portals.

Is that you?

• Transactional DB experience, strong SQL Server and MySQL skills for data ETL and analysis
• Experience with spreadsheet tools for data organization (Excel, Google Sheets)
• 1+ year’ work experience as a Data Analyst
• Intermediate+ English level (verbal and written)
• Power BI/Tableau or other BI tool knowledge
• Strong ability to analyze, structure, and clearly present complex information
• Effective communication and cooperation skills
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, responsibility
• Eagerness to learn; interest in mastering and applying new technologies

Desirable:

• Technical background (education, training, certifications)
• T-SQL expertise

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this position, you will be helping the team maintain clean, consistent, and valid data within Dev.Pro's ecosystem for timely analysis and easy data-driven decision-making by C-level and middle management.

• Develop dashboards for operational directions based on company plans
• Handle ad-hoc change requests from top management
• Analyze data and create reports to help with business operations and strategic planning
• Collaborate with internal data owners and development team for efficient requirement gathering and comprehensive data analysis services
• Contribute to developing a transition plan from the outdated solution and the creation of a new KPI dashboard
