Is that you?

• 1 year' experience as a Business Analyst
• Intermediate+ English level
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and clearly communicate written requirements and feature documentation
• Ability to effectively prioritize and maintain a backlog of user stories, features, and defects
• Good theoretical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories)
• Understanding of interaction design, Agile frameworks, and prioritization techniques
  

Desirable:

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence)
• Domain-specific background (blockchain, POS systems, healthcare, etc.)
• QA or support experience
• Mixpanel knowledge

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you will be an important link between project stakeholders and the technical team, promoting effective communication and seamless collaboration.

• Address user needs and pain points by analyzing feedback, product metrics, interview insights, and UX studies
• Communicate with stakeholders, PO, and development team to prepare and streamline requirements
• Effectively translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, identifying gaps for upcoming features
• Prioritize backlog items for efficient and optimized workflow
• Work closely with the product designer to create designs for upcoming functionality
• Perform feature acceptance testing and provide support during feature release
