Position Summary:
The Master Data Analyst's (MDA) mission is to lead our company toward the highest data quality and data processing excellence by implementing and continuously improving effective MDM practices.
MDA provides technical expertise to ensure that Master Data Management (MDM) improves data quality, decision-making, business process efficiency, data compliance, and governance, reduces workload and time to market, and eliminates manual processes.
MDA support projects, products, and operations teams to ensure that Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and processes are designed and adopted optimally in our company using MDM frameworks, standards, and best practices. Works with MDM project team, team leads, product managers, product owners, and other internal and external (software vendors and data providers) stakeholders to identify Ryte's MDM needs and requirements; designs, develops, implements, and maintains master data solutions; leads the overall direction and execution of crucial data quality strategies and analyzing entire data life cycle.

- Career: Career progression includes becoming a Master Data Manager, Business Analyst, Ontologist, Data Stewardship Manager, or similar roles.
Primary Responsibilities:
A Strategy and Planning:
A.1 Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive MDM strategy that aligns with the organization's overarching goals, aiming to establish a single source of data truth.
A.2 Create a clear and executable roadmap for MDM implementation, encompassing data governance, data quality, and data integration initiatives.
B Leadership and Governance:
B.1 Assemble and lead cross-functional teams with a focus on executing MDM initiatives, fostering collaboration across departments and business units.
B.2 Establish and maintain a robust data governance framework, including defining data stewardship roles, policies, procedures, and standards for ensuring data integrity.
C Data Quality and Integration:
C.1 Implement and oversee data quality processes to maintain data accuracy and reliability, enabling trust in the organization's data assets.
C.2 Define, monitor, and enhance data quality metrics, ensuring data integration and standardization align with the organization's quality standards.
D MDM Software and Technology:
D.1 Evaluate, select, and implement MDM software solutions to bolster data management capabilities, emphasizing optimal data handling.
D.2 Oversee the configuration, customization, and deployment of MDM tools, ensuring seamless integration with systems.
E Compliance and Security:
E.1 Ensure data security and regulatory compliance in accordance with relevant industry and legal standards, safeguarding sensitive data.
E.2 Implement data security measures to protect critical data assets from vulnerabilities or breaches.
