We are looking for a UI/UX designer who will support our team in delivering interactive web application development. This is a full-time position, working at Astana office in Kazakhstan. No remote work for this position. You will be working full time for the Ryte team under the supervision of the Ryte team lead. This role will involve creating digital products that are user-friendly, visually appealing, and effective in achieving their intended goals as well as working collaboratively in a team of high performing, extremely analytical developers and other healthcare experts.

The Position: UI/UX designer
The Role:
As a UI/UX designer with expertise in web/smartphone application development, you will play a pivotal role in our data analytics team. It will encompass several key responsibilities, including transforming data insights into visually captivating and informative dashboards, crafting dashboards that prioritize user-friendliness and intuitiveness, maintaining alignment with the company's branding and visual identity, and actively collaborating with data analysts and other stakeholders to conduct testing and refine the dashboards. Additionally, this role involves conceptualizing web and mobile application designs, encompassing graphic elements and user interface layouts, encompassing considerations like imagery, typography, color palettes, stylistic choices, and other pertinent aesthetic aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes and prototypes, to plan the layout and functionality of a digital product as well as test and refine the user flow and interactions before the final design stage.
- Create user personas and user flows to model user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Focus on the aesthetic aspects of the design, such as selecting color schemes, typography, icons, and imagery that align with the brand and create an engaging visual experience for users.
- Ensure that the visual elements and user interface of the product remain consistent with the company's branding and style guidelines
- Implement high-fidelity UIs using best practices for usability, accessibility, and visual design
- Understand and analyze business requirements (based on healthcare data).
- Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data analysts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver impactful insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX, data visualization, and web application development.
- Diagnose, continually improve, and maintain current eco-system and optimize and enhance existing reports amp; dashboards.
- Participate from time to time in the supplier selection process, evaluating usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations.
- Be involved in communication with external vendors when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Visual Design, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web/smartphone applications.
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Profound expertise in graphic design utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and validation, with a strong background in Figma.
- Subject matter authority in UX/UI design.
- Highly adept at comprehending online user experience and skilled in applying Design Thinking principles.
