We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will support a team of developers to deliver the next generation business intelligence solutions. This is a full-time position, working at Astana office in Kazakhstan. No remote work for this position. You will be working full time for the Ryte team under the supervision of the Ryte team lead.
This is a permanent employment contract.
The Position: Senior Business Analyst
The Role:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be responsible for understanding and analyzing healthcare business requirements, designing and implementing IT solutions, managing and tracking projects, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping up with the latest trends and technologies. This position also plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the business and the technical world, helping the company to achieve its goals. The candidate must have a deep understanding of big data and product development technologies. The candidate also must be able to work effectively with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements, while also considering the unique challenges and opportunities of the healthcare industry and the regulatory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Through expert knowledge translate high-level business requirements into data models and appropriate metadata, test data, and data quality standards.
- Understand and analyze business requirements (based on healthcare data).
- Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions.
- Work with technical teams to design and implement IT solutions, such as big data analytics systems, Azure cloud-based applications, web and mobile apps.
- Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing requirements, communicating progress, and managing expectations.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the healthcare industry, as well as in the field of business analysis.
- Develop and implement data analysis and reporting solutions using big data technologies and tools.
- Integrate different IT systems and applications to improve business operations and information sharing.
- Write and maintain business requirements documents, system design documents, and other technical documentation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business analysts.
- Advocate for the use of technology to improve the quality and efficiency of selected projects.
- Work as part of the business analytics team.
- Design and develop solutions using appropriate BI/Reporting tools in support of stakeholder requirements.
- Diagnose, continually improve, and maintain current eco-system and optimize and enhance existing reports amp; dashboards.
- Participate from time to time in the supplier selection process, evaluating usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations.
- Be involved in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions.
- Be involved in end-to-end data life cycle management activities.
- Be involved in communication with external technical vendors when needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in business analysis, such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
