We are looking for a BI Developer who will support our team in delivering interactive web application development. This is a full-time position, working at Astana office in Kazakhstan. No remote work for this position. You will be working full time for the Ryte team under the supervision of the Ryte team lead. This role will see a highly analytical individual with demonstrated programming experience work collaboratively in a team of high performing, extremely analytical developers and other healthcare experts.

The Position: Senior Data Analyst
The Role:
As a BI Developer with expertise in Dash development, you will play a pivotal role in our data analytics team. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights and creating interactive web applications to visualize and communicate these insights effectively. Your work will directly contribute to informed decision-making within the organization. The candidate also must be able to work effectively with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet the business requirements, while also considering the unique challenges and opportunities of the healthcare industry and the regulatory environment.
Responsibilities:
- Through expert knowledge translate high-level business requirements into data models and appropriate metadata, test data, and data quality standards.
- Understand and analyze business requirements (based on healthcare data).
- Identify and assess risks associated with proposed solutions.
- Develop and implement data analysis and reporting solutions using big data technologies and tools.
- Identify linkages between business processes and data sources to leverage opportunities for automation and simplification
- Create efficiencies and eliminate redundancies in the existing business processes and thereby ensure a fast and smooth upstream/downstream flow
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data analysts.
- Advocate for the use of technology to improve the quality and efficiency of selected projects.
- Work as part of the business analytics team.
- Utilize your proficiency in the Dash framework to design, develop, and maintain interactive web applications and dashboards that empower stakeholders to explore data in a user-friendly manner.
- Create engaging and informative data visualizations, including interactive charts, graphs, and maps, using Dash and Plotly, to effectively communicate insights to a wide range of audiences.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver impactful insights through Dash applications.
- Optimize the performance and responsiveness of Dash applications, ensuring seamless user experiences, even with large datasets.
- Maintain clear documentation of data sources, transformations, and dashboard development processes to ensure transparency and replicability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis, data visualization, and web application development.
- Diagnose, continually improve, and maintain current eco-system and optimize and enhance existing reports amp; dashboards.
- Be involved in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of complex data systems and solutions.
- Be involved in end-to-end data life cycle management activities.
- Be involved in communication with external technical vendors when needed.
