RYTE’s Manual Data Curation purpose is to ensure high data quality for all stakeholders. The Manual Data Curation goal is to support the development and training of our AI models and algorithms, and manually verify and validate the healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organizations (HCO) data of all the countries. The Manual Data Curation objectives are:
- Verifying training datasets for training AI/ML algorithms
- Checking AI/ML mapping results
- Updating data manually

We are seeking a Manual Data Curation Group Lead to oversee and coordinate manual data curation efforts within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data curation, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality data. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring data accuracy and integrity, enabling data-driven decision-making for unique AI-powered healthcare data analytics B2B and B2C products, solutions, and services.

- Reports to: Manual Data Curation Supervisor
- Career: Career progression includes moving to the core departments and becoming a Manual Data Curation Supervisor, Data Analyst, Data Quality Engineer/Specialist, AI/ML Engineer, Business Analyst, Taxonomist, Ontologist, Healthcare Data Analyst, Data Curation Manager, or similar roles
- Monthly Wage: 300 000 KZT (net payment)
Primary Responsibilities:
A Leadership:
A.1 - Lead a group of at least 10 Data Curation Associates (DCAs) to coordinate manual data curation efforts of the assigned group.
A.2 - Provide manual data curation support and guidance to DCAs and other team members.
A.3 - Executive a comprehensive onboarding program for new team members, including orientation, and introduction to the department’s processes, tools, and standards.
A.4 - Undertake a comprehensive review of manual data curation operations and team member skills to uncover areas for improvement
B Communication:
B.1 - Collaborating with the Manual Data Curation Supervisor and Manual Data Curation Supervisor Assistant to control manual data curation operations, and optimize workflow and processes (by capacity, quality, and time).
B.2 - Collaborating with the Manual Data Curation Quality Controllers (QC) on quality assurance issues of the group's task results.
B.3 - Collaborating with other Manual Data Curation Groups Leads (GL) to the implementation of suitable approaches, strategies, needs and requirements, tasks executing, knowledge exchange, and learning lessons.
B.4 - Collaborating with the other departments’ members to define tasks' goals, objectives, curation logic, and issues.
B.5 - Acting as a point of contact for escalated manual data curation issues within the group.
C Manual Data Curation Planning and Instructing:
C.1 - Creating datasets received from a requester’s task for the manual data curation and analyzing it.
C.2 - Distribute data (rows/records) by DCAs and QCs.
C.3 - Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for D
