The position (role) is not related to any programming or coding but requires advanced data, information, knowledge searching (googling), exploring, data quality, data quality assurance amp; data quality control, and presenting skills, also advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas and functions usage), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
We are looking for a Manual Data Curation Supervisor who will manage the Manual Data Curation Associates (DCAs) team and operate manual data curation activities and assure the data quality of curated data. This is a full-time position, working at the Astana office in Kazakhstan. No remote work for this position. You will be working full-time for the RYTE team under the supervision of the RYTE team leader.

- Reports to: You will be working for the RYTE team under the supervision of the Data Curation Manager or Senior Healthcare Data Analyst
- Career: Career progression includes becoming a Quality Assurance Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, and similar roles
Primary Responsibilities:
- Management of the team of Data Curation Associates and the team of Quality Control amp; Quality Assurance Associates
- Work collaboratively with business analysts, data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists to define, describe, model, and explain information resources, data sources, and datasets
- Cataloging and documenting data of world health care practitioners (HCP) or medical expert, their specialties, educations, certifications, awards, publications; diseases and related diagnoses and procedures, drugs, affiliations, and other related data and metadata
- Using metadata to link the data set to related publications, dissertations, and/or projects that provide added context to how the data is generated and why (contextualization)
- Overall, data cleaning and verification; data curation logging; data formats, and file naming conventions; data identifying; data linking; data transforming
- Providing quality assurance for data sources and data sets
- Maintaining up-to-date information on metadata, changes, and statuses related to each data source
- Developing accurate, thorough, and timely data reports
- Provide data curation support and guidance to other teammates
Requirements
Job Experience Requirements:
- Data Verification amp; Data Validation experience
- Experience with data curation: data and information searching and structuring, defining and describing, analyzing and modeling, presenting and maintaining
- Knowledge and experience in team management/leadership, including hiring and training employees, creating and implementing business strategies, and delegating tasks to team members
- Knowledge and experience in the healthcare/medicine industry or health insurance are preferred, but those with research experience in other industries are
