We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee and guide the HR activities to support rapid growth and continued success. The HR Manager will ensure the effective deployment of the Business amp; HR strategy through the Kazakhstan organization, leading to outstanding HR service delivery and great employee and customer experience. The HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring an effective HR operation is run with seamless collaboration with inter-departments and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also partner with the regional business Managers and business stakeholders.

This person should be experienced in managing HR best practices for a global company and have prior international HR experience/exposure.

This is a full-time position, out of the Astana office in Kazakhstan working for the RYTE Management team under the supervision of the RYTE CTO. Europe- and North America-based candidates who are willing to relocate to Kazakhstan are welcome to apply.


As part of this role, you will be:

  • Leading the HR function to ensure delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience within all aspects of HR operations support provided by the department.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, feedback, and recognition to all team members within the HR team. Leading engagement, to ensure all action planning and team objectives support the overall group HR strategy and business objectives.
  • Accountable for the day-to-day performance of the HR team, ensuring clear SLA's and KPI's align to effective and positive employee experience on all services provided.
  • Establishing and reporting on relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for HR Operations performance.
  • Creating, executing, and continuously improving the overall recruitment process.
  • Proactively doing demand planning, ensuring efficient utilization of HR resources.
  • Collaborating with all areas of HR, supporting the HR Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Management (HRM) teams to ensure new or changed HR products, services, processes, or policies are communicated, planned, and implemented effectively across the Operating Business.
  • Promoting a high-performance culture, with a focus on team collaboration, simplicity, ongoing improvement and creating excellent employee experience.
  • Playing a pivotal role in managing the HR team while the different offices are finalized, implemented, and goes live throughout the organization over the next 12 months.
  • Leading or assisting on other tasks or projects as the need arises within advised guidelines.


Key Responsibilities include:

HR Employee

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to drive the high-performance culture through proper performance management.
  • Implement employee initiatives for employee engagement and productivity.
  • Support and guide employees on HR enquiries and requests.
  • Manage and maintain HR SLAs and KPIs.
  • Manage and own seamless on-boarding and off-boarding process.
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positivity towards company culture.
  • In partnership with the leadership team and employees, ensure effective support to employee relations in country and globally and ensure effective risk management of HR activities.
  • Build a formidable team to manage HR Departments such as, but not limited to Payroll, Compensation amp; Benefits, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement.
