About Binance Accelerator ProgramBinance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. You will be hired under a junior fixed term contract.
Our Binance Accelerator Program - Welcome event, starts the first Monday of every month (i.e. April 3, May 1st, June 5th, etc).
Who may applyCurrent undergraduate / graduate students and fresh graduates.
We are opening up a Community and Marketing role (6 months) for application. As part of our team, you will work closely with the CIS Marketing team and multiple stakeholders to drive the growth of the community and manage social media platforms in Kazakhstan.
Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Manager in organizing and implementing the social media campaigns.
• Assist to marketing manager to grow and manage local online and offline Binance communities.
• Create, translate, and proofread content for Binance, focusing on the local market.
• Moderate the regional Binance social media, platforms, and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
• Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
• Assist in organizing online and offline events and meet-ups.
• Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
• Share market feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams in HQ.
• Conduct research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter.
• Analysis and reporting of market growth, surveys, etc.
• Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
• Using social media to engage users, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.

Requirements:

• Passion for crypto and digital assets with an astute understanding of B2B client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, and very strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem solver, results-driven, hands-on, and able to execute fast.
• Strong marketing skill sets.
• Strong communication skills, critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
• Fluency in Kazakh and Russian, advanced level of English.
